Currently, we are proud of a wide range of products from Soy sauce to Soy sauce related seasonings, Retort pouch foods such as "KAMAMESHI premix" and Thai foods.
Soy sauce is the traditional seasoning in Japan. Steamed Soy bean is mixed together with wheat, salt and Seed-KOJI. The product is completed after a long fermentation term. Today, Soy sauce is used not just for Japanese cuisine, but used globally in many countries.
TSUYU (soup) / TARE (seasoning)
We have a wide range of products from noodle soup to cooking broth, (so-called TSUYU), all made from carefully selected raw materials. We also produce product such as seasoning (so-called TARE) etc.
Retort pouch food
Retort pouched "KAMAMESHI premix" (with seasoning), cooked with rice, is one of our best selling items among a series of Retort pouch food. A wide variety of premix is available, such as Chicken, SANSAI (wild vegetables) and Mushrooms.
Our Thai range of product tastes an original Thai cuisine, using ingredients and seasonings produced and procured in Thailand. Thai curry and noodle are becoming more popular among the Japanese people.
With the theme on healthy body and mind, a series of healthy drinks such as black vinegar drink and low-calorie carbonated drink have been developed by using carefully selected ingredients with new equipment.
